Catering
Our Catering Menu offers an array of platters, meant to be served buffet-style. This means no re-heating, just open and serve. Some platters will require refrigeration until serving time.
Appetizers such as Shrimp Cocktail or Smoked Salmon, nibbles such as an International Cheese Platter or Fresh Vegetable Crudités will start your party off in the right direction. Grilled Chicken Skewers and Grilled Shrimp Skewers together with Stuffed Mushroom Caps, Fruit and Cheese Kabobs, Crab Tarts and so much more will fill your table with the most delicious hors d’oeuvre presentation ever! We can also order Sushi Platters for you.
For the main course, we offer a Deli Meat Feast, Roasted Chicken Platters, Poached Salmon and more, all with no preparation from you, just open and serve. A European Smoked Fish Buffet is perfect for brunch, also. Our produce department can make green tossed salads in several styles for you to open, dress and toss!
We offer a Hot Entrée selection, many types items for you to reheat and serve as your own. No-one will ever know!!! In oven-ready pans, with re-heating instructions, most items require only a short time in the oven.
If you have sweet tooth, we have several options, such as fresh cut fruit, and our great assortment of cookies. You can also special order a cake for any occasion.
