We will also special order pheasant, buffalo and other "exotic" meats for your pleasure. The butchers behind the meat counter offer years of experience with Epicure. They will help you choose your meat, cut it to order, and offer cooking directions if needed. We will marinate, butterfly or de-bone to you specifications.
We also make our own homemade sausages. Lamb, Turkey, Chicken and Pork sausages, all made by our German butcher, with his personal recipes in our own kitchen, are the freshest, most delicious sausages you’ll ever taste!!!
100% Prime Sirloin patties and all white meat Chicken patties are perfect for grilling. We also make Prime Steak Burgers, with a variety of different seasonings…full-flavored and ready to throw on the grill!!
