Our Wine Steward, native of Miami for 54 for years, has 20 years experience in running the finest restaurants in South Florida. Working with renowned Dominique’s on Miami Beach and Vinton’s restaurant in Coral Gables, he helped to win numerous Wine Spectator Awards with their wine lists.
At The Epicure, we have a selection of between 750 and 800 types of wines and champagne, specializing in rare Bordeaux’s such as 1990 Petrus, 1996 Mouton Rothschild. We are the only purveyor on Miami Beach to carry the Robert Chadderon selection, which is famous for the Billecart-Salmon Rose. And Quintarelli Giusepp Amarone '95 and '97.
Also, we carry a great selection of New World wines, some of the top rated from Argentina, Chile, South Africa, as well as many very limited California items.
We also stock the Molly Dooker line from Australia, and Bodega Numanthia Termes from Spain.
We have tremendous pricing on several champagnes, and we always carry Cristal and Cristal Rose.
